Since TerraMar has been an all-volunteer organization for almost all of the 23 years we've been operating, it is clear that we believe in the power of volunteerism. It is what makes some non-profits truly non-profit. It gives people the chance to apply, experiment with, and expand their skills in a collaborative and mutually inspirational way.
TerraMar has been graced with numerous volunteers over the years ~ adults, teens, and even young children who have certainly made a difference in our eyes to many lives!
